This traditional cast iron village pump mounted on a concrete base, makes a splendid garden feature.
These pumps were found throughout villages, as the main water supply for many villagers right up to the 1920s.
This pump still retains its cast iron “hat” & handles & original ‘Inston Kidder’ makers mark.
It has a wonderful patina & truly shows its age & history.
It is purely decorative yet easy to turn into a magnificent water feature.
The concrete base has a beautifully natural mossing.
